Two things Apple do that Microsoft have never been able to do for me, 1 - make a computer that works, 2 - make beautiful machines.

The thing with Microsoft is, they just make an OS [operating system]. This then goes into machines made by Dell, Toshiba, Samsung, Sony etc and they don't make all the hardware. Your motherboard comes from China, graphics card from Japan, software the U.S. other parts from Europe and that's why Windows systems always have problems, all the parts are not all compatible, they don't all work together.

Apple on the other hand, make the hardware and software and it all gels nicely into one beautiful machine that just works right out of the box! All new iMacs come with wireless keyboards and the new Magic Mouse [works like the touch track pad or iPOD touch screen]. Since 2008 all new Apple computers come with Glass LCD back-lite screens that give amazing colours and clarity and now their 2009 iMacs come in wide screen 21inch/27inch. For me as a movie lover and photographer, this will become my future work station [27inch]. I already love my MacBook Unibody which can be used on the road as well as showing prospective clients work, but the 27inch will become my home base machine for working on high res images and it will give a better quality and look to my images.
